- In the body of the email, please include a short description of what you were doing when there was a problem with the Full Tilt Poker.net game software.
- If you have not done so already, re-open the Full Tilt Poker.net game software.
- If you are a Windows user, please attach the file located in ...\Full Tilt Poker.net\Cache ending in .cdp and also attach the file cdp.dat located in the same folder.
